How It Works?

Requesting A Sample?

If you like a product and want to see a physical sample, you can easily request one. In the product's page, select SAMPLE in the "Order By" drop-down menu. You will pay a $5 base fee that covers the material and shipping. If you make a purchase with us, we credit the money spent on a sample(s) to your order. 

Shipping?

Porcelain or ceramic tile is heavy and not easy to ship. However, we have partnered with great logistic companies to drive the cost down as low as possible for our customers. Generally, we make a phone call or follow-up when an order is placed to ensure our customers understand the freight charges separate from the material purchase.

Can't find the right style?

Is there a particular style you have in mind, but cannot seem to find it on our site? You can email us images of the project/design you are looking for and we will work with our vendors to find you a product and send you a sample. We have so much availability that is yet to be displayed products on our online store.
